The objective is: To guarantee an atmosphere of respect among all Ineco workers, preventing and, where appropriate, eradicating any behaviour that results in harassment in the workplace. In addition, the aim is to offer protection to women who are victims of gender violence and to respond to the physical, psychological, biological and social needs and characteristics of working people.
How are we going to do this?
How are we going to do that? By maintaining commitments regarding information, prevention, mediation and suppression of behaviour in the area of harassment in the workplace, as well as by establishing a quick and simple internal procedure protected by the guarantees of confidentiality and protection that are required in this area.
In addition, a specific document on gender-based violence will be designed and disseminated internally, covering all the labour rights associated with it.
