Ineco has been collaborating with the Spanish Ministry of Justice since 2016 in its technological modernisation process with services as relevant as support for electronic judicial administration, management of the development center, cybersecurity and the digital transformation of its judicial headquarters.

The Administration of Justice has always tried to go paperless and adapt to new technologies. It has come a long way and at the same time there is still a long way to go, among other things because of the great complexity of its organisation.

The funds associated with the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan have opened the door to reinforce from 2021 the support that Ineco has been providing in the digital transformation of the Administration of Justice through different projects in the country.

Main actions

The support to the ICT governance of the Ministry of Justice, with various support offices for project management, supplier performance control and service level management, management for digital transformation change management and enterprise architecture, provides a cross-cutting control and monitoring tool with standardised processes and the adoption of a holistic view of the organisation.

In turn, the support offices for the business lines and development projects involve an organised end-to-end management of each of them, from their initial feasibility study to their implementation and maintenance. These offices act as centers of competence in each of the business lines in order to guarantee the integral management of the projects or programs that arise in each of the lines.

In this sense, the Development Center is progressively taking on different developments with the aim of centralising the management, construction and maintenance of corporate platform services and the different applications that the Ministry provides to the justice system, ensuring the correct use of its standards, as well as the reuse of components and optimisation of resources.

Other services, such as the creation of an innovation laboratory, the digitalisation and cataloging of files, as well as the review, inspection, improvement proposals and exploitation of confidential information contained in its databases, in addition to other complementary activities, complete the lines of action of these major commissions.
