Our team has developed an organisation study for the bus lines in the Algerian capital.

Algeria is making a significant effort to develop its infrastructures and transport services in line with the highest international standards in order to meet the rapidly increasing mobility requirements of the population, the development of the country's economy and the territorial and social cohesion of its vast area.

Within this framework the aim of reorganizing the Algiers bus services is to structure and consolidate bus transport in the capital city. Ineco carried out the organisational study of the bus lines and of the operators' equipment.

The tasks entrusted to the Ineco team ranged from project and communication management to data collection, the generation of the tools for analysis through to the study and diagnosis of the information compiled.

We also performed field work for demand assessment, analysis of and proposals for the functionality and on the legal framework of the system, concluding in a functional map of collective transport lines and drafting of the RFQs for the new concessions.
