Corporate Social Responsibility

The Fundación ONCE has launched the second edition of its 'Opportunity for Talent' grant programme with the goal of promoting first-class training, encouraging cross-border mobility, and fostering the specialisation of university students with disabilities.

Ineco lends its support to the Foundation by offering four grants for engineering students: three international mobility grants, and one national Master's grant. The company, as an overseeing body, acts on its commitment to social inclusion and equal opportunities for university students with disabilities by striving to cultivate expertise, improve their employability, and contribute to the development of their professional careers.

Grants from the Fundación ONCE-Ineco are intended for students of Spanish nationality who are in their final year of undergraduate or Master's studies. Students studying Systems or Civil Engineering, Transport Consulting, Information Technologies and Quality & Environmental Management will be taken into special consideration. When the academic year has come to a close, those awarded the grant will have the opportunity to carry out their internships at the company.

With € 300,000.00 in funding for the 2015-2016 academic year, the Fundación ONCE programme seeks to take full advantage of the potential for talent in addition to encouraging the academics and research studies undertaken by university students with disabilities, thus promoting their inclusion into the highly-skilled job market.
