Ineco launches a new programme aimed at specifically recruiting senior talent over 55 for the company: the new Programa Ahora+ 

According to the latest Labour Force Survey, seniors represent the 16.46% of total registered unemployment in Spain. Contributing to their professional development is one of the challenges of the programme, which seeks to reinforce Ineco's staff thanks to the expert knowledge that the profiles of this age group possess. Their technical skills, commitment, teamwork, and leadership skills are key competencies for the Ineco team and a clear commitment to diversity.

The new "Programa Ahora+" (Ahora+ Programme) is structured around a network of collaboration with the main agents in the sector, both with job portals specialised in attracting senior talent, and collaborations with study centres aimed at the over-55s and alliances with outplacement partners.

The company will also seek the support of job portals of all the local councils where the vacancies are located, to promote their localisation throughout the country.

With more than 5,000 people in the team, Ineco already has specific programmes for attracting young talent and, with this new action, reinforces its potential for more experienced talent.
