The president of Ineco, Carmen Librero, has participated in the conference "The Dialogue on the Future of Mobility and Transport" organized by the National Office for Prospecting and Strategy, governing body of the Spanish Government, on November 18th and 19th in Albacete. The Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Raquel Sánchez, has opened this session that has brought together relevant key players in the sector.

At the discussion table "United We Stand: examples of success in intermodality and integration", Carmen Librero highlighted the relevance of intermodality to achieve economic, environmental and social sustainability. In addition, she has highlighted the value that technology and digitalization contribute to the promotion of intramodality, giving as example the participation of Ineco in the design of gauge changers, the Cityneco intelligent mobility platform or the latest application prototype for rural mobility, which provides technological solutions to optimize connectivity for people living in counties and small towns. Juan Jesús García, head of institutional relations at Amadeus, and Raimundo Ruiz, councilor of the Department of Mobility and Public Space of Vitoria, have completed this brainstorming with their respective visions.

"Dialogues on the Future" are an initiative of the Government of Spain, the European Commission, the European Parliament and 70 other public institutions (city councils, foundations, regional governments and universities) that promote conversations about opportunities and challenges that Spain and the EU will face in the post-covid world. More than 500 speakers participate in 100 discussion tables, 37 workshops and numerous high-level meetings that are taking place from September to November in 17 cities of the 17 autonomous communities of Spain.
