Ineco presents a new psychological support telephone program for its professionals
Ineco sets in motion the new Contigo telephone psychological support program. Managed by a team of specialists with extensive experience, the initiative includes unlimited telephone counseling with 24-hour emergency services.
The Contigo program will enable Ineco's 4,000 professionals to have, from now on, initial psychological counseling, advice and specialized psychological guidance in different situations: personal crises, anguish, depression, anxiety, accidents, separations, bereavement support, child and adolescents psychologists.
An initiative that includes dietary-nutritional counseling, balanced diets, eating habits, diets for specific pathologies: cholesterol, hypertension, diets for other alterations and eating disorders.
The action is in addition to other initiatives implemented by the company to improve the well-being of its professionals in a clear commitment to provide them with the best possible working environment. Ineco has an ambitious work-life balance plan with 19 measures based on four axes: organization of working time; leave, absences and breaks; social benefits and personal and professional development. A plan that allows the Ineco team to opt for two days of non-face-to-face work per week and flexible working hours, among other measures.
Promoting healthy habits
The Contigo program was launched as part of the seventh edition of Ineco's Health and Wellness Week, celebrated on the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work. An annual week that allows Ineco to promote healthy habits to care for the well-being of its professionals.
Emotional well-being, the fight against bad habits, awareness of a balanced diet and awareness of physical exercise are the cornerstones on which are based the beneficial actions. The actions of the Week are complemented by other actions implemented by the company such as blood donation campaigns for the Spanish Red Cross bank or the assistance of its own medical service available to all the company's professionals.
Challenges that allow Ineco to be closer to the goals set by the United Nations for Sustainable Development Goal 3 "Health and Well-being".
