The Entrena-t program has allowed students in the 4th year of ESO to get to know how Ineco works through different conferences at the company's offices, where they have been able to discover firsthand the professionals work.

The initiative is part of Ineco's objective to promote technical disciplines among these students, which include more than 280 degrees in the company. A way to awaken interest in these STEAM careers and to present them as a career option in early stages of academic development.

Thus, divided into two groups of 10 people each, in addition to receiving information about their first work experience from Ineco's Recruitment and Training area, they have also experienced the different reference areas of Ineco as a reference engineering and consulting firm in the field of sustainable mobility and digital transformation.

Workshops on architecture, the airport world, technological innovation and the application of drones at Ineco marked these knowledge transfer sessions. The company's professionals have been in charge of these presentations with which students had been able to wide their vision in the future.
