The digitalisation program Ineco Rural TIC has been recognised with the 'Innova Diario de León 2022' award. During the award ceremony held in León, Celestino Rodríguez, Ineco's Executive Director of Corporate Coordination, picked up the award on behalf of the company's entire team. Celestino Rodríguez emphasised that this project "will bring our knowledge in digitalisation closer to the inhabitants and SMEs in rural areas, while at the same time we learn from the knowledge that the rural world treasures".

The purpose of these awards granted by Diario de León is to recognise the research and scientific character in all fields. These awards, now in their tenth year, seek to highlight the most relevant initiatives in seven categories.

For the jury in charge of awarding these prizes, Ineco has been the winner of the ICT section, for its commitment to "share telework with the training of citizens and companies to digitise and revitalise the rural world".
