Ineco strengthens its positioning in smart solutions
Ineco participated as a co-exhibitor at the Microsoft pavilion in the Smart City Expo World Congress, held in Barcelona from 15–17 November. The event addressed urban transformation challenges faced by cities in the near future to guarantee the sustainability of our society.
At the conference, the company presented the new Cityneco platform and its solutions for mobility, real-time traffic data collection and car-park reserve management. The platform is an integrated tool based on different vertical developments for each management area of a city or agency.
Ineco also took part in the 2nd International Conference, organised annually by the PPP for Cities forum and held in parallel with the Smart City Expo. The company is part of the organisation, whose members include the city government of Barcelona, Consorcio de Transportes de Madrid, Globalvia, IESE Business School, United Nations International PPP Centre of Excellence, the Inter-American Development Bank and Aqualia.
Ineco has integrated its smart solutions into its urban mobility and planning projects in cities such as La Coruña and Santander, and also supports the Ministry for Industry in its initiatives for the development, modelling and national and international dissemination of smart cities.
