Ineco is a finalist in the 2020 buildingSMART Awards in the Technology category for its InBIM solution. InBIM is software developed by Ineco as part of an innovation project that is able to automatically generate BIM models of existing roads in IFC format (openBIM), to enable interoperability, open formats, collaborative workflow, and flexibility in the choice of technology to be used by each organization. Our solution was selected from over one hundred entries from all over the world, and Ineco is the only Spanish representative of the 20 finalists selected for the 7 categories of the award. The 2020 BuildingSMART Awards recognise exemplary demonstrations of openBIM innovation best practices in project delivery and asset management within the life cycle of the building construction industry.
