Ineco, through the Innovation and Product Development Office, has participated in a new edition of Start Up Olé, an international event focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, which since 2015 has brought together more than 40,000 attendees from 120 countries.

On this occasion, in addition to being part of the jury of the awards for the best Startups, we also participated in a round table discussion, led by Ana Rodríguez, Innovation Projects Manager, together with Miguel Ríos, Railway Technology Center Manager of Adif, Esteban Mayoral, Deputy Director of the Innovation Center of RTVE and Ana Herrera, Entrepreneurial and Business Ecosystem Director at Las Rozas Innova.

In her speech, she highlighted our company's assistance to MITMA in the Innovative Public Procurement process carried out for the A-8 highway, in the province of Lugo, for the design, implementation and testing of prototypes with innovative technology related to anti-fog protection systems. This process was the first time it had been carried out in the field of infrastructure.

Last year, Ineco received the award as Best Public Corporation 2020 for our work in recent years in the field of innovation with the aim of developing solutions for sustainable, safe and connected mobility that improve people's quality of life.
