The president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, participated in the inauguration of the Madrid-Murcia high-speed railway line. This line is the culmination of a major project that has involved the participation of professionals from all technical and management fields.

Our company has been present in all phases of the project, from the functional and informative studies, preliminary projects, protection and safety studies in tunnels, electrical substation projects and remote control, to the works, with the participation of more than 50 professionals, in collaboration with Adif, in technical assistance, construction and environmental management and citizen service Ineco has also provided significant commissioning support to ensure compliance with safety and interoperability requirements. Since 2020, Ineco has also had a team working on pre-maintenance, which will be extended during the operating period.

With the commissioning of the 61.7 km Monforte del Cid-Murcia section, Elche, the Vega Baja and Murcia are connected to the high-speed rail network.
