The Third Equality place took place in Ineco. A milestone that has allowed the company to give voice to Ineco's commitment to achieving real and effective equality.

As part of this Week, the Ineco Agenda 2030 Plan for 2022 was presented, which allows us to set the objectives to be achieved during this year to continue contributing to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals around the company's six lines of action: Equality, Sustainability, Work-Life Balance, Solidarity, Compliance and Alliances. The presentation involved children who are relatives of Ineco professio nals with the aim of initiating change from childhood.

During this Equality Week different initiatives has been carried out with leading women in the organization, who have given testimony of the barriers overtaken and the milestones to be achieved in the meeting “The voice of the women of today” . Also, Men from Ineco who were able to provide a comprehensive view of the challenges that still lie ahead in the round table “Genre´s evolution at Ineco”

The company has also presented a new edition of the Mujeres IN Program focused on the development of the organization's female talent, as well as the new Red mINerva ,the first community of Mujeres IN at Ineco.
