1. - Identity of Data Controller

The information provided by the USER in any of the forms contained in this WEB SITE will be included in the database responsibility of INGENIERIA y ECONOMÍA DEL TRANSPORTE, S.M.E. M.P. S.A., (hereinafter, THE COMPANY), whose registered address is Paseo de la Habana, No. 138, 28036 Madrid. The information that the USER provides will be processed by the COMPANY for a number of purposes, depending on how such data is gathered:

Collection, processing and storage of the personal data will always be done according to the principles established by the law. INECO will develop the necessary actions to achieve that the personal data would never be processed for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, and will ensure that the personal data are appropriate and necessary for the purpose for that was obtained.

6. - Data protection commitment on the APPLICANT

The USER guarantees that is older than 14 years old and that the information provided is accurate.
