Tallinn is not only the country's biggest city but also its financial and political centre. Ineco worked on modernisation of Line 4 of the tram system which will continue to form part of the colourful landscape of this medieval city. We drew up the study for the 16 kilometres of the current Line 4 which connects the Tondi district with the old quarter and Üliste, the site of Lennart Meri airport.
The analysis included both the infrastructure and the superstructure to define the operating problems deriving mostly from the age of the rolling stock and the tracks, equipment and facilities.
