Ineco is participating in the expansion of Kuwait International Airport, in particular, it is responsible of project management services(Project Management), the start-up and operational transition (ORAT). This expansion includes, among other actions, the construction of a new 700,000 m2 terminal, the extension of the two existing runways and associated airfield, the construction of a new third runway, a new control tower, as well as all the infrastructure associated with the ground and air side of the airport. The purpose of this expansion is to increase the airport's capacity to 25 million passengers, with a second planed phase that would increase its capacity to 50 million.

The company leads the consortium, together with local firms KUD (Kuwait United Development) and Dar Al Jazeera Consultants, being responsible for the coordination and management of multiple consultants and contractors from different countries, who participate in the works in different roles. The length of the contract is 50 months.

In addition, the company has recently developed different works in that country, all of them in the airport field, such as the update of the Airport Master Plan for the(DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF CIVIL AVIATION OF KUWAIT, Project Management services from 2011 to 2016.
