Board of Directors
Ineco's Board of Directors is the body in charge of making decisions and reaching agreements on strategic issues, preparing the financial statements, approving budgets and other proposals submitted by the chairman. In addition, it follows up on the Company’s activity.
The Board meets at least four times throughout the fiscal year, and it needs to be composed by a minimum of 5 directors and a maximum of fifteen. In addition, it has a secretary, who is not a director, appointed by the Board of Directors itself.
The counsellors’ allowances are regulated according to the order of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, issued on January 8th 2013, which sanctions the maximum quantities of compensation for attendance to administrative bodies of state mercantile societies.
