The design for the railway junction “HS2 Birmingham Delta Junction” made by Ineco, has been elected by Bentley Systems as winner of the Be Inspired Awards 2013 for the “Innovation in Rail and Transit” category. Six independent juries, formed by exemplar users from Bentley and by renowned experts from the industry, have elected the finalists between the categories sent out by organisations from 43 countries, looking the recognition of its work to improve and support the infrastructures worldwide.

At the ceremony, held in London on the 29^th and 30^th of October, Iker Garteizgogeaskoa, Fernando Tejedor, Francisco Luque, all the members of the Railway Projects Management and Pablo Ramos, manager of the project, gave a speech in which they outlined the excellence of making a complete 3D design that could be used as basis for a future BIM model, which is what is being demanded nowadays in the infrastructures market.
