The Action Group on Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Public Companies, led by Forética and made up of 29 member entities -including Ineco-, has presented the report 'Sustainability in Public Companies From the Triple ESG Perspective. Commitment to the New Regulatory Frameworks for Sustainability in the European Union'.

The document sets out the contribution made in 2021 by the member entities of the Action Group to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda, specifically the actions aligned with the European Green Pact as a driver of a low-carbon economy, the management of human rights and the promotion of sustainable governance.

Among the success stories of public companies, the report includes Ineco's commitment to reforestation as a climate action measure to offset its carbon footprint. A commitment to sustainability that has led it to plant 2,350 trees and to sponsor another 258 within the framework of the company's Agenda 2030 Plan.
