BID
Auction Procedures:
Step One: Look over the photo, description, and details of what we have done to the unit; it has passed Federal DOT requirements and ANSI equipment inspections.
Step Two: Understand to what the winning bid entitles and obligates you. If you are the highest bidder when the time runs out on the bidding, you are awarded the bid, provided your bid meets a preset minimum price for the unit. The winning bidder is notified on the next business day after the bidding closes and is given two choices:
Choice#1- Send a down payment of 1/2 the bid on the unit plus freight charges. The unit is then shipped to you. Upon receipt of the unit, you submit the balance and the bill of sale paperwork to Ineco. At that time, Ineco sends you the title. If, for some reason, you do not accept the unit, it will be returned to Ineco and you either (1) lose your deposit or (2) apply one-half of the deposit toward the purchase of any other Ineco unit.
Choice #2- Pick up the unit at its location for payment of the successful bid.
Step Three: Call Ineco or E-mail Ineco if you have questions about the process or the unit.
Step Four: Register to bid. There is a one-time $25. registration charge. This charge registers you for all Ineco auctions from then on. Fill out the Registration form and submit it either fax (we are still a little distrustful of using our credit cards over the internet) to (804) 752-0183 or send us your check and the information on the registration form at our address. We will then provide you a registration number and a code that allows you to submit valid bids for this unit and those in the future.
Step Five: When you have received your registration number, enter the bid form and place your bid. ($50. increments required).
Step Six: Watch the web site. We will update the highest bid after business hours everyday, so the highest bid from the previous day will be posted by 9 a.m. Eastern Time on the following business day.
Step Seven: Bid as many times as you like until the closing date and time posted.
Step Eight: Await the posting of the winning bid on the next business day after the final closing. In the event the highest bidder, for some reason, is unable or unwilling to provide the necessary payment, the second highest bidder will be notified and it will be their unit. Then the third highest, etc...
Step Nine: Obtain your unit and make money so that you can buy another truck.
