Among the latter, those related to the deployment of the Spanish High Speed Railway and the Mecca-Medina High Speed Railway project stand out.

Graduated as agricultural engineer with a career of 19 years at Ineco, where he has developed all his professional experience. His responsibilities have been focused both on the technical part of projects related to environmental assessment, particularly in the field of noise pollution, and on project and contract management related to transport infrastructure planning and the deployment of railway signaling systems, especially in the international field. He has also managed the coordination and control of Ineco's commercial activity and international business.
