The SIAM (Spanish Innovative Air Mobility) Cluster has held its second workshop focusing on this occasion on the construction and integration of vertiports in the urban environment. The SENASA headquarters hosted this conference in which around 50 companies participated and in which topics such as the business model, the legal and security challenges to be faced, land-sea-air intermodality, the conditioning factors of the urban environment, sustainability, electricity distribution networks and social awareness in terms of noise and privacy were discussed.

Ineco, as a founding partner of SIAM, is leading these meetings, which are expected to deal in several days with topics such as the operation and regulation of vertiports. In addition, the partnership will present a document with lessons learned and recommendations, compiling all the aspects worked on.

The Association is composed of ITG, Expodrónica and Ineco as founding partners, with NTT Data and Pinsent Masons as constituent partners. SIAM aims to manage, promote, defend, coordinate and represent the common interests of its members, as well as to increase its positioning and the existing opportunities in the sectors related to the field of innovative air mobility, promoting the development of the necessary technology and associated standards.
