Degree in Law and Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid. He belongs to the State Attorneys Corps.
Throughout his professional career in the Public Administration, he has performed advisory and contentious functions in different State Attorney's Offices: Chief State Attorney in León and Castellón and Deputy State Attorney in the International Arbitration Department. He joins Ineco in 2021.
