Master’s degree in Management of Infrastructure and Services from the UPM of Madrid, PDD from the IESE and certified as a Project Management Professional by the PMI.

He joined Ineco in 2004 and his professional experience has been divided between consulting, where he has participated in numerous transport viability and planning studies, and international business development, where he has been involved in opportunities such as NAICM in Mexico or the HS2 high-speed line in the United Kingdom.
