Top managers’ compensation
The remuneration of the most senior representative of the Corporation is provided in section 7 of Royal Decree 451/2012 of 5 March.
For the last fiscal year, the salary of the chairman of our company is detailed in the following concepts:
- 105,000.00 euros
- Supplement to his salary: 30,850.00 euros
- Variable supplement: maximum 14,150.00 euros

Board of directors
The amounts quoted in the previous paragraphs are not applicable to Directors who occupy Senior Positions, since they do not ask for any meal allowance. The amount that would correspond to them is deposited directly into the Treasury.
The meal allowances received for all members of the Board of Directors in the last financial year amounted to € 174,761.
The company has not requested a financial loan for the development of its activity
