Since the end of 2023, Ineco has been driving a firm and ongoing process of disengagement from its activity in the country

Ineco, which has been operating in Israel since 2005, provides technical collaboration in transport engineering and consultancy projects for civil use in internationally recognised territories. This work is focused on the Jerusalem Blue Line project, where since 2017 it has been involved in the design of a 2.5 km railway tunnel – located in internationally recognised territory –; in the design of a new light rail line between Haifa and Nazareth; and in consultancy services for the development of a new international airport.

Following the escalation of violence by the State of Israel in the Gaza Strip after the October 2023 attacks, the company carried out an in-depth review of its strategy in the country and initiated a disengagement process. Among other actions, this process has included the explicit decision to withdraw from all new opportunities and orders from the Israeli administration and companies.
