Since the end of 2023, Ineco has been promoting a firm and continuous process of disengagement from its activity in the country
Ineco, which has been active in Israel since 2005, collaborates technically on engineering and transport consultancy projects for civil use in internationally recognised territories. These works focus on the Blue Line Jerusalem project where, since 2017, it has been involved in the design of a 2.5 km railway tunnel (located in internationally recognised territory), in the design of a new light rail line between Haifa and Nazareth, and in consultancy services for the development of a new international airport.
Following the escalation of violence by the State of Israel in the Gaza Strip after the attacks of October 2023, the company thoroughly reviewed its strategy in the country and initiated a disengagement process. This process includes, among other actions, an explicit refusal to engage in new opportunities or orders from the Israeli administration and its firms
