Strategic Plan

Ineco has launched its new strategic plan, “Propósito” (Purpose), which defines the strategic lines and objectives the company aims to achieve over the 2026–2029 period, with a clear focus on value creation. This Strategic Plan focuses on key priority areas to steer an organisation that has seen very substantial growth in recent years, both in the scale of its activity and in the size of its workforce. At the same time, it embraces a broader and more flexible outlook, combining Ineco’s well-established expertise in its traditional fields —infrastructure, land-use planning, mobility and urban development— with an increasingly prominent institutional role in improving public-sector management and efficiency.

The 2026 Annual Plan, the first within the timeframe of the new Strategic Plan, defines the activities to be carried out during the current financial year.
