The Emirates, United at High Speed

In just over half a century, the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates have transformed themselves into one of the world's most stable and prosperous economies. The launch of the first sections of the new Etihad High-Speed Rail line, from June 2026 onwards, marks a historic national milestone, introducing long-distance passenger rail travel to the country for the first time. Since 2022, Ineco has been involved in the preliminary design of the project's future phases. The network will continue to expand in the coming years, eventually linking 11 cities across 900 kilometres.
