A single justice system

More than 30 Ineco professionals are working on the development and evolution of SIRAJ 2, the Integrated System of Administrative Records to support the Administration of Justice. Thanks to the more than 15 years of experience in the justice IT sector of some of its members, this team works in sync to deliver an integrated, robust and successful solution, in close collaboration with the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Parliament. All with the aim of making justice faster, more efficient and more accessible to citizens.

This system, used throughout Spain, collects criminal information on more than 10.5 million intervenes registered in the six administrative registers supporting judicial activity and makes the information collected available to the judicial bodies, the Public Prosecutor's Office and the State Security Forces. In this way, it serves as an information hub for other systems within and outside the field of justice, even beyond our borders.

The interoperability of the SIRAJ with both the Ministry of the Interior and with each of the registries of the 27 European countries of the ECRIS agreement allows the information issued and recorded by the judicial bodies in the Registries to reach the State Security Forces with quality, security and immediacy, favoring, among other things, the availability of a 'European background history', providing information on international recidivism. Spain is a European leader in this respect and plans to expand into Latin America.
