Ineco moves towards equality, diversity, and professional development by holding the welcome event for the VII edition of the Mujeres IN Programme and the III edition of the TAP Programme, and closing the preceding editions. Two key initiatives that consolidate the company's commitment to highlighting internal talent and promoting inclusive leadership.

Since its launch in 2019, the Mujeres IN programme has already completed 7 editions and had 75 participants. It highlights the impact of these editions: 44% of the women have been promoted to new professional challenges within the company. Moreover, the programme has received a high rating from the participants: 9.57 of 10 in overall satisfaction.

For its part, the TAP (High Potential Talent) programme, with only two years of experience, has achieved significant results: 74 participants, 25 mentors, and 43% of participants promoted, figures that support the programme's effectiveness. The average satisfaction is 8.33 of 10.

During the event, which included representation from the Equality Commission, the president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, highlighted "the importance of these programmes as a lever to promote talent, equality, and future leadership within the organisation." The day also included the participation of the Organization and Corporate Services General Directorate, Angélica Martínez, who highlighted the company's commitment to an organisational culture based on equity and inclusion.

These programmes are set within a context of progress in equality within the company: currently, Ineco has over 40% women in its workforce, and 44% of management and leadership positions are already occupied by women, which strengthens their presence in leadership and decision-making spaces. Furthermore, 40% of the women in the workforce are trained in STEM disciplines, which boosts female talent in key areas for the digital and technological transformation of the organisation.

With these programmes and initiatives, Ineco continues to progress towards a more diverse company, committed and with real equality of opportunities.
