In a context of increasing complexity and digital risk, Ineco has established itself as a strategic partner in cybersecurity for the Administration.
Ineco supports the Central Administration, local entities, and public transportation organizations, such as the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament, the State Public Employment Service, Adif, and Enaire, in strengthening their cyber resilience and effectively managing technological risks.
Its team, composed of more than 50 professionals, offers specialised services that combine strategic consultancy, the design of secure digital architectures, the protection of critical infrastructures, and the operation of a CSIRT-SOC centre with 24/7 incident detection and response.
These services are provided in compliance with the main regulatory frameworks such as the National Security Scheme, NIS2, ISO 27001, or the railway and aeronautical sector regulations. Through this approach, Ineco supports numerous public bodies in strengthening their cyber resilience and in the effective management of technological risk.
One of the most ambitious projects currently underway is the Cybersecurity Operations Centre for Local Entities with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants, managed through the provincial councils and led by the Secretariat of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence. The project allows thousands of town councils to access advanced protection, prevention, detection, response, advisory, and training services, all at no cost and with a progressive implementation throughout the territory. Ineco acts as the Project Technical Office, supervising its compliance in coordination with the Agency and in direct contact with the Provincial Councils, ensuring the quality of the service, and providing cybersecurity solutions, both at a technical and strategic level.
Furthermore, Ineco's cybersecurity team actively participates in key initiatives such as supporting the General Directorate of Conservation and Maintenance of ADIF for compliance with the ENS across its entire platform, protecting ENAIRE's air navigation systems, supporting Adif's Information Security Subdirectorate, and the cybersecurity of the Galileo Service Centre, among other tasks.
Thanks to this set of actions, Ineco contributes to strengthening the digital security of critical infrastructures, improving the response capacity to incidents, and ensuring a safer technological environment for society.
