AI Ambassadors on a Mission at Ineco

September 26, 2025

Ineco has extensive experience in developing solutions with AI. Now we are taking a step further thanks to the creation of a group of people tasked with "preaching" its benefits, also to streamline and improve processes within the organisation. They are the IA ambassadors, people who use Artificial Intelligence tools in their daily work within the company, and who share their knowledge with other members to continue expanding its use and improving its implementation within Ineco.

We spoke with Javier Acosta, one of Ineco's IA ambassadors

•    What exactly does your mission as an IA ambassador consist of?
The mission we have been entrusted with is to help people adopt technologies. In my case, it would be Copilot Chat, and my main task is to train, accompany and resolve all the doubts that my colleagues may have.

•    How do you assess this experience and how do you think it could evolve?
I think the evolution will be gradual, obviously. Because it is something new, at least the part of generative artificial intelligence that we are working on. There are many artificial intelligences, and we have to make them more accessible to users, that's the direction we need to head towards.

•    How did your interest in this technology begin and why do you like it?
It all started because I currently work in the field of data analysis at Ineco and when it came out, I was very interested. I like it because it allows me to access a wide range of knowledge that I couldn't otherwise.

•    What advice would you give to people who don't know how to start using AI?
I recommend trying it out. Initially, there's a sense of fear, as if we might accidentally 'break something´. You have to try things and develop yourself in them. You should explore everything you can. And always from a place of necessity, not learning for the sake of learning.

•    How do you find it helps you in your professional and personal life?
In the professional field, I mainly use it for process improvement, and I also use it in my personal life. For example, I like learning languages, and I use it to learn German. I'm learning to play the piano, and whenever I have questions about chords or theory, it always explains the reasoning behind it.
