With more than 300 professionals, 12 offices and a consolidated presence in all eight provinces, Ineco Andalusia has become one of the key pillars of the company's territorial strategy. In just three years, the team in the autonomous community has doubled in size, thanks to a firm commitment to decentralisation, the promotion of local talent and a solid presence in the region. This was highlighted by Ineco's president, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, at a meeting with the team held in Seville to mark November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.

The 316 professionals who make up Ineco Andalucía form a highly qualified multidisciplinary team, with nearly 60 specialities and a presence in all areas of the company.

The activity carried out in this community has a direct impact on numerous strategic projects. With more than 50 projects underway, Andalucía is working on digital transformation initiatives to serve citizens, such as the digital transformation of the judicial system. Technological innovation is also being promoted, with developments such as the future Chip Innovation Centre in Malaga, in collaboration with IMEC, and solutions are being designed in sustainable mobility and connectivity, such as the new SE-40 bridge in Seville, the use of drones in port environments and technical assistance for railway works and maintenance tasks throughout the national network.

Andalusian talent is also present in some of the major international projects in which Ineco participates. This region is actively collaborating in the Final Engineering Study for the New Central Highway in Peru, as well as in key railway projects such as the British high-speed line and the Saudi Arabian high-speed line.

The company's territorial expansion in Andalusia has also resulted in new openings, such as the office in Algeciras, which focuses on railway projects linked to improving land accessibility to ports and the design of freight terminals. In the last five years, activity in port environments has increased fortyfold and the team of experts has doubled, demonstrating the dynamism of this field in the region.

With a track record of more than 55 years, Ineco continues to demonstrate that a commitment to technical excellence, innovation and regional development is key to bringing about real change. Andalusia, now more than ever, represents that vision in action.
