Ineco has been recognised with the Healthy Company Certificate awarded by the National Institute for Safety and Health at Work (INSST), a distinction that acknowledges organisations’ commitment to promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace.

The award was presented during the 11th Open Meeting of the Spanish Network of Healthy Companies (REES), held in Zaragoza and jointly organised by the INSST and the Aragonese Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (ISSLA). This year’s edition was held under the theme “Leadership committed to the promotion of workplace health”.

The certificate recognises the initiatives implemented by Ineco over the past four years to encourage healthy habits and improve the overall wellbeing of its workforce. Among the tools highlighted by the INSST are the Bienestar 360 and Fitwork channels, integrated into the Teams community “Health Promotion”, through which initiatives related to emotional wellbeing, physical activity and nutrition are delivered.

Another key initiative is the Wellbeing Thermometer, a tool designed to measure the impact of the measures introduced and to identify employees’ needs.

During the event, the INSST emphasised the role of participatory leadership as a key factor in building healthy and sustainable organisational cultures, as well as the importance of engaging the entire organisation in workplace health promotion policies.

The Spanish Network of Healthy Companies brings together organisations committed to the continuous improvement of working conditions and employee wellbeing, promoting safer, healthier and more sustainable workplaces.
