Ineco promotes STEM vocations by supporting 29 students in the Entrena‑T programme
Ineco has strengthened its commitment to training and fostering young talent by once again taking part in the 4th ESO + Empresa (Entrena‑T) Programme, an initiative developed in collaboration with the Community of Madrid that brings the professional world closer to students.

In this edition, the company welcomed 29 students from 15 schools across the region to its offices. Over the course of three days, participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the daily work of Ineco’s professionals through practical workshops and demonstration sessions.
During their stay, the students were able to:

  • Work with drones and explore their applications in engineering and transport.
  • Learn about artificial intelligence (AI) applied to mobility projects, planning and data analysis.
  • Discover some of Ineco’s most prominent international projects.
  • Gain first-hand insight into railway infrastructure development and its impact on improving transport.
  • Explore how the company promotes more sustainable mobility by incorporating energy‑efficiency and environmental‑protection criteria.
  • Understand advances in the digitalisation of the justice sector, an area in which Ineco develops benchmark technological solutions.
  • Reflect on the importance of training and skills development, including how to prepare a strong CV for their first job interview.

The programme also included visits to Ineco’s three main offices in Madrid, where students were able to see first-hand how projects are coordinated and how the company’s multidisciplinary teams work together.

With this initiative, Ineco reaffirms its commitment to bringing engineering, technology and innovation closer to younger generations, nurturing interest in key sectors for the future and contributing to young people’s professional development.
