Ineco participated in the round table "Building networks and support for entrepreneurial talent" held within the framework of Startup OLÉ 2025 in Salamanca, alongside representatives from Renfe, RTVE, and ICE Castilla y León, with the aim of strengthening synergies between public and private institutions to boost the national entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Ana Rodríguez, Innovation Manager at Ineco, emphasised the role of entrepreneurial talent in the transformation of the mobility and digitalisation sector, as well as the need to create solid collaboration networks to foster the exchange of knowledge and the co-creation of innovative solutions.
During her speech, Ana Rodríguez highlighted two fundamental pillars of Ineco's open innovation strategy:

• Collaboration with startups integrated into the corporate intrapreneurship initiative, which allows for experimentation with new ideas within the company's own teams and with the support of the innovative ecosystem.

• The promotion of the iCampus network, an initiative that brings together the university and scientific community with Ineco's technical knowledge to generate solutions applicable to the major challenges of sustainable mobility and digital transformation.

Startup OLÉ is one of the most prominent technological entrepreneurship and innovation meetings in southern Europe. Held annually in the city of Salamanca, it brings together startups, scaleups, investors, corporations, public administrations, accelerators, and universities from around the world. The event acts as a bridge between emerging talent and large organisations, boosting competitiveness, technological development, and the creation of opportunities at an international level.
