The forum brought together more than 30 public companies
Ineco took part in a new edition of the Spanish Forum of Public Companies for Sustainability, promoted by Forética—a platform that fosters the exchange of social and environmental projects and creates opportunities to raise collective awareness, encourage collaboration, and amplify the impact of initiatives.
Within the session titled “Transforming Companies and Society: Social Action as a Driver of Change,” Celestino Rodríguez, Executive Director of Corporate Coordination, highlighted Ineco’s ability to lead and support the design of corporate and social transformation projects. As an example, he presented the company’s Plan Iguales, a consultancy initiative developed by Ineco professionals that, after two years of implementation and monitoring, has facilitated the entry of nearly 500 vulnerable individuals into the labor market. Structured around five action pillars, the plan promotes the employment inclusion of women victims of gender-based violence, people with disabilities, senior talent over 55, refugees, and individuals at risk of social exclusion.
The plan includes training programs, on-the-job mentoring, psychological support, and other measures, becoming a gateway to employment—a decisive step for these groups to gain autonomy and confidence and embark on a new life project.
The forum, which brought together more than 30 public companies under the leadership of Forética, Adif, and the Instituto de Crédito Oficial, addressed emerging regulatory and market challenges related to integrating nature and diversity into corporate strategy.
