Ineco´s PMP meeting
This Wednesday, Ineco held the first face-to-face meeting of its PMP community, a collaborative space aimed at sharing experiences, good practices and strengthening excellence in project management within the organisation. The meeting took place in the Agora Room at the corporate headquarters, with a hybrid format to facilitate the participation of professionals from different locations.
During the opening of the meeting, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, president of Ineco, told the attendees that "the way we tackle large projects means that the knowledge stays in the organisation. Because having a methodology for project management means that learning is transferred from individuals to the organisation as a whole".
Patricia Rey, Engineering and Consultancy General Director at Ineco, highlighted the strategic importance of this community as a driver of organisational transformation: "Today we are meeting to celebrate not only a methodology, but also a way of understanding projects, collaborative work and the impact we generate as an organisation".
The PMP Community was created with the aim of consolidating itself as a space for mutual learning and connection between professionals from different areas, united by the same vocation: project management with excellence, rigour and public service orientation.
The conference included a panel of experts who presented practical cases of application of the PMP methodology in emblematic Ineco projects, addressing their impact in areas such as innovation, digitalisation and the international projection of the company.
Consolidation and new actions
In addition to the exchange of experiences, the conference served to define the next steps for the PMP Community, which include the dissemination of best practices, training activities and new meetings. This community is part of Ineco's Communities of Practice, designed as collaborative environments to promote shared knowledge among professionals.
