Ineco has accompanied INDESEC (Association of Young People in Intelligence, Defence and Security) in its first congress on intelligence as a discipline in defence, security and decision-making through a conference given by Pablo Las Heras, geopolitical analyst at Ineco.
Las Heras has highlighted the importance of electoral forecasting in internationalised companies. It is about understanding and anticipating what may happen in the electoral contexts of the countries where these companies operate, as well as the potential impacts caused by changes in the political context that occur.
To this end, the methodology used to operate this tool has been explained schematically, as well as the challenges it poses for organisations and the advantages it brings to the decision-making process within the framework of internationalisation processes.
INDESEC is organising this conference with the aim of contributing to the development of Intelligence Culture and allowing the presentation and publication of academic works.
The program featured over 30 conferences delivered by industry experts, covering a range of topics including cyber intelligence, strategic decision-making, ethics, and national security protection.
