“In 2025, Ineco exceeded €500 million in revenue for the first time.
Ineco has presented its 2025 Sustainability Report, reflecting its consolidation as a benchmark engineering and consultancy firm capable of addressing transformations of great complexity and impact. Against a backdrop of profound technological change, the company is strengthening its position as a partner to the public sector, combining growth, impact and a strong commitment to society.
In 2025, Ineco surpassed €500 million in revenue for the first time, reaching a turnover of €510 million and a portfolio worth €1.066 billion. This represents growth of 6.7% in revenue and 9.7% in its portfolio compared with 2024, consolidating an activity largely focused on the public sector, which accounts for 94% of its services.
These results highlight Ineco’s evolution towards an increasingly diverse and versatile consultancy and engineering company, capable of integrating multiple capabilities to address the challenges posed by sustainable mobility, digitalisation, climate change and strategic consultancy. The company’s leadership is underpinned by its ability to deliver high-impact projects in key sectors such as rail — which accounts for more than half of its portfolio — infrastructure, digital consultancy and aerospace, as well as by its role as a strategic partner to the public sector in transformative initiatives for the country.
With a presence in more than 30 countries and 125 international projects during 2025, Ineco continues to expand its global footprint, taking part in programmes of high technical complexity and contributing to the development of innovative solutions in mobility, infrastructure and technology across all five continents.
Talent is the main driving force behind this progress. The company now employs more than 6,300 professionals and continues to promote stable employment, diversity and the development of technical expertise as the foundation of its excellence. On the environmental front, Ineco is moving forward with determination: it has reduced emissions per million euros billed by nearly 18%, while developing tools to improve infrastructure resilience and measure impact. These commitments extend to the social sphere, with a clear focus on delivering positive impact in the countries where it operates, as well as to innovation, a core pillar of its activity.
Looking ahead, Ineco faces a new stage with a broader vision and a clearly defined purpose: to put its technical excellence at the service of the common good. Through its new Strategic Plan 2026–2029, the company will drive intelligent digitalisation, strengthen its governance and consolidate its role as a strategic partner to the public sector, while maintaining its commitment to sustainability, the 2030 Agenda and human rights.
With these achievements, Ineco reaffirms its purpose: to anticipate and work collaboratively with its clients to create public value.
