Lima has hosted the International Forum "Railway Development in Peru: Innovation, Sustainability and Opportunities towards 2050", organised by the College of Engineers of Peru. Our company has been represented by Alberto Váscones, Deputy Director of Account America, who has participated in the panel "International Experiences in Railway Project Management." "Success stories".

During his speech, Alberto Váscones presented a paper focused on the efficiency of the railway sector in Spain, highlighting the key factors that have established our country as a global leader in High-Speed Rail (HSR). With more than 4,000 kilometres built in just three decades, Spain has the second largest high-speed rail network in the world, supported by an average construction cost of 17.7 million euros per kilometre, one of the most competitive internationally.

According to Váscones, the success of the "Spanish model" of High-Speed Rail lies in a balanced combination of technical, economic, institutional, and social factors, which have allowed for a sustainable, efficient, and socially accepted development of the railway network.

Since its establishment in Peru in 2014, Ineco has established itself as a key player in the development of the Andean country's infrastructure. Among his most notable projects are the expansion of the Jorge Chávez airports in Lima, Chiclayo, and Trujillo. The company has also developed an ambitious study for the commercial connection between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans through an international railway system for mass, safe, and sustainable transport, with the aim of reducing operational costs and optimising logistics between Peru, Bolivia, and Brazil.
