Ineco has designed, developed and integrated ADIA—the Artificial Intelligence Document Assistant—for the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with Parliament. This technological solution is aimed at facilitating the daily work of justice professionals while ensuring regulatory compliance in the processing of documentation.
ADIA stands out for its high level of reliability, achieving a success rate of 97%, well above that of other general-purpose artificial intelligence assistants, whose accuracy typically stands at around 85%. This high level of precision is the result of a specialised training process carried out over several years by teams of legal experts, who have worked with more than 20,000 real legal documents, ensuring that the tool is fully aligned with the needs and requirements of the legal sector.
The solution enables different types of anonymisation, adapting to the specific characteristics of each document, including scanned documents. Thanks to ADIA, a standard 10-page document can be anonymised in under one minute, compared with the 60 to 120 minutes required for manual processing—representing a significant saving in time and a reduction in the risks associated with the handling of personal data.
In addition, ADIA incorporates advanced functionalities such as comparative visualisation, assisted review and entity control, providing accuracy, traceability and security throughout the entire process. The tool also allows for the generation of structured summaries of legal documents, including rulings and judgments, as well as the conversion of technical texts into clear, accessible language for citizens. This reinforces public service accessibility and transparency, while facilitating the understanding of legal documentation.
Developed under strict criteria of security, accessibility and data protection, ADIA is an example of ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence within public administration. Through this project, Ineco reaffirms its commitment to a digital transformation that places technology at the service of institutional efficiency and citizens.
Ineco has been working with the Ministry of Justice since 2016, providing a team of more than 500 professionals who are part of an ecosystem comprising 25 companies. This collaborative network drives the coordinated digital transformation of the Justice Administration. From a strategic consulting perspective, Ineco has supported the implementation of key projects such as ATENEA, the new case management system; the development of interoperability platforms between judicial systems; and the creation of Carpeta Justicia, a portal that enables citizens and professionals to access digital services in a more agile, user-friendly and real-time manner.
