Ineco has held Ineco Futuro, its first participatory strategic challenge to design, together with its team, the lines of action that the company must address in the short and medium term within the framework of its strategy "A Fresh Approach 2023-2026".

Following an internal call for participation in which more than 400 ideas were received, Ineco has selected 80 people from the organisation in working teams to design concrete proposals that will be taken into account to complement Ineco's roadmap.

During the session, the president of Ineco, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, highlighted the evolution of Ineco over the last two years in terms of the seven strategic objectives of the "A Fresh Approach" plan. In addition to having achieved record figures in the main economic indicators  (closing 2023 with 442.5 million euros in revenue, which represents an increase of 32% compared to the end of 2021) Ineco has obtained very satisfactory indicators in other essential dimensions for its future, such as the stabilisation of employment, the diversification of its clients, the efficiency of its processes and the relevance of its brand. The President also highlighted the important contribution of the company's teams to this strategic, open and collaborative plan. A summary of the conference is available at this link.

Evolving towards new products, exploring new markets, improving production and optimising internal organisation were the four main strategic axes on which the 8 working groups focused. Conclusions were presented to the organisation's management structure and to the professionals attending the Ineco Futuro Session.
