Mar Giraldo has highlighted the value of the Plan Iguales
Ineco has supported the second Inserta Forum organized by Fundación ONCE, focusing on enhancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities within the Public Administration. Mar Giraldo, Ineco’s Deputy Director of Labor Relations, Personnel Management, and Compensation, highlighted the company's Plan Iguales during a panel discussion on "Public Employment from the Perspective of Companies." The session underscored the significant progress made through the Plan Iguales, which has doubled the number of employed individuals with disabilities since its implementation in 2024.
The Inserta Public Employment Forum serves as a platform for dialogue and reflection, fostering initiatives and best practices to promote public sector employment. It includes the development of an Observatory for the inclusion of public employees with disabilities and Universal Accessibility, as well as efforts to digitalize the Public Administration with a focus on accessibility. The forum also aims to showcase successful practices by public companies and administrations at the central, regional, and municipal levels regarding the integration of people with disabilities and to increase visibility of individuals with disabilities in leadership and representative roles within the public sector.

Beyond these initiatives, Ineco supports talent inclusion through a dedicated training pathway called Vuelta al Empleo. In collaboration with various associations, Ineco professionals assist individuals with disabilities or in vulnerable situations in preparing for job searches. The company also partners with social entities that conduct training workshops aimed at increasing employment opportunities for these groups. Through these efforts, nearly 200 people have received courses on digital skills, active job searching, vocational coaching, and more.
This social action commitment is further reinforced by the creation of Aula Inspira, a platform dedicated to enhancing employability training for people with disabilities.
