In its first year of implementation, Ineco's 2024-2028 Equality Plan has achieved a very high level of compliance, with 89.9% of the measures already implemented. This level of execution reflects the organisation's real and sustained commitment to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion in all areas of activity.
Thanks to this drive, Ineco has for the first time exceeded the threshold of 40% of women in the workforce and has significantly increased the presence of women in management positions, with 45% of women. This progress is accompanied by a clear commitment to STEM disciplines, which now account for 52% of the training of women at Ineco. Furthermore, participation in external initiatives has been boosted, with Ineco's presence in more than 54 employment forums linked to technical careers, fostering vocations among the new generations. Training continues to be a fundamental tool for raising awareness and this Plan has enabled us to train 1,600 people in equality, prevention of harassment and inclusion, consolidating an increasingly aware, safe and equitable company culture.
Ineco continues to move forward with determination towards a fairer and more inclusive organisational model, integrating equality as a strategic and transversal axis of its activity. The results obtained in this first year are a clear demonstration that change is possible when there is a firm commitment to transformation.
