Ineco has reaffirmed its commitment to equality, diversity and professional development with the launch event for the eighth edition of the Mujeres IN Programme and the fourth edition of the TAP (High Potential Talent) Programme, during which participants from previous cohorts were also recognised. Both initiatives have become benchmarks for fostering internal talent and promoting career development within the company.
Since its launch in 2019, Mujeres IN has reached its eighth edition, with a total of 95 participants. The programme continues to receive outstanding feedback, with an average satisfaction rating of 9.54 out of 10, and 46% of participants having progressed professionally within Ineco.
Meanwhile, TAP, introduced in 2023, has now completed four editions with a total of 100 participants. Results highlight the programme’s impact on talent development, with more than 30% achieving professional advancement and an average satisfaction rating of 8.37 out of 10.
The event was opened by Ineco’s President, Sergio Vázquez Torrón, and also featured Ana Urgoiti, People Director, alongside representatives from the People Directorate and the Equality Committee. During the session, mentoring assignments for the new programme editions were announced, and participants from earlier cohorts were recognised.
Mujeres IN currently has 12 active mentors and has brought together participants from 47 different specialisms. TAP, for its part, has a network of 25 mentors and a broad representation of professional profiles. Both programmes also encourage collaboration across different business areas and regions within the company.
These initiatives form part of a broader context of progress in equality at Ineco. Women now make up more than 40% of the workforce and hold 45% of management and leadership roles. In addition, 40% of the company’s female professionals have a STEM background, strengthening female representation in key areas for digital and technological transformation.
