Organisations that stand out are those capable of attracting, developing and enhancing people’s talent. With this principle in mind, Ineco has once again been recognised as a Best Company for All Talent, an award that honours companies committed to diversity, equity and inclusion as fundamental pillars of their corporate culture.

This recognition reinforces a sustained commitment to placing people at the centre of the organisation and to fostering working environments where every professional can fulfil their full potential. This vision has enabled Ineco to be recognised, for the third consecutive year, as one of the companies leading the way in inclusive talent management focused on professional growth.

The company delivers on this commitment through initiatives that promote equal opportunities and talent development. These include its " Plan de Igualdad" (Equality Plan), structured around 10 lines of action and 79 measures, as well as programmes such as the Mujeres IN Development Programme, now in its eighth edition, and the High Potential Talent Programme, currently in its fourth.

These initiatives help consolidate a corporate culture based on respect, diversity and genuine equality, while fostering more innovative, balanced and enriching working environments for all members of the organisation.

The award was presented at Madrid’s Teatro Real during the programme’s annual ceremony, with Ineco represented by Ana Urgoiti, Director of People, and Mónica Lauda, Deputy Director of Talent Management, who highlighted the collective commitment of the entire organisation to building an increasingly inclusive and diverse workplace.

This new milestone reflects the shared effort of everyone at Ineco and provides further momentum to continue promoting initiatives that support professional development, equal opportunities and the generation of positive impact both within and beyond the company.
