The Aula Carlos Roa will award the Ineco Prize for the best article on "Transport: planning, infrastructures and services" of the Obras Públicas magazine 2010 on 19 May in the Association of Civil Engineers of Madrid.

The winning article, "The confusing role of the railway in the Spanish transport system" by Ángel Aparicio, analyses the effort to modernise Spanish railways in recent decades and the definition of its role through the different plans implemented throughout this whole process.
